Using the tools

Use the tools lawfully and do not use them to harm others, bypass security, distribute malware or misrepresent generated material.

Check your output

You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. Tools do not replace legal, tax, accounting, medical or other professional advice.

Documents and signatures

A locally drawn or placed signature is not presented as identity verification, a qualified electronic signature or a certified signing service.

Invoices

Generated documents are not represented as tax-authority filing, accounting approval or compliance certification. Verify local requirements yourself.

Availability

We may maintain, change or retire free features. Existing subscription status and account-management paths are evaluated separately from whether new checkout is currently available.

DMRIO Pro subscription terms

DMRIO Pro is structured as a recurring monthly or annual subscription. The customer-visible amount must come only from a verified provider response; this source contains no fallback price.

Exact paid scope

Image includes up to 100 files or 500 MB per batch, saved presets and a processing report. QR includes 5 dynamic codes, editable HTTPS destinations, campaign UTM, privacy-preserving aggregate analytics, version history and CSV export. CV, PDF, Text, Invoice, Signature, Focus, Time and Date are not included and remain disabled for paid grants.

Renewal

A monthly or annual subscription is designed to renew automatically at the provider-displayed cadence until it is cancelled through the available billing-management path. A renewal creates a new paid period; cancellation and refund are different actions.

Cancellation

Cancellation stops a future renewal. Unless an approved checkout term or mandatory right requires otherwise, verified access is designed to continue through the already-paid end date.

Refund decision and entitlement effect

The exact owner-approved voluntary refund decision bound to this release is stated below. A verified refund or payment reversal immediately removes paid management features. An existing Dynamic QR keeps only its last safe redirect; editing, history, analytics, export and administration are denied. Owner-approved voluntary refund windows: first purchase 14 days; accidental renewal 7 days.

Mandatory rights and approved release

Mandatory consumer rights prevail over this release. The version, effective date, operator or controller, role and public contact shown above bind the approved paid terms.

Reasonable limits

The tools are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Keep your own copies of important work.
